By accessing our website or booking a service at Lapas Massage, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Appointments

- Reservations: We highly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and therapist. Walk-ins are subject to availability.

- Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time out of respect for the next guest, while the full service fee will still apply.

- Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 4 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or the forfeiture of a deposit.

2. Conduct and Environment

Lapas Massage is dedicated to providing a tranquil and relaxing environment. We kindly ask guests to keep their voices low and mute electronic devices. We maintain a strict policy of professional conduct. Any inappropriate behavior, sexual harassment, or requests for illicit services will result in the immediate termination of the session, and the customer will be charged the full amount.

3. Payments and Refunds

Prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB) and are subject to change without prior notice. We accept cash and bank transfers. Services rendered are strictly non-refundable.

4. Right of Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who exhibits behavior that disrupts our operations or endangers our staff.
