The services provided by Lapas Massage, including but not limited to Traditional Thai Massage, Aromatherapy Oil Massage, Foot Massage, and Body Scrubs, are intended for general relaxation, stress relief, and cosmetic purposes only.

1. Not a Substitute for Medical Treatment

Our massage therapists are highly trained professionals; however, they are not medical doctors. The treatments offered do not constitute medical treatment, diagnosis, or disease prevention. Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical examination or diagnosis. You should always consult a qualified healthcare provider for any physical or mental ailments.

2. Client Responsibility

It is the client's sole responsibility to inform the therapist and reception staff of any pre-existing medical conditions, including but not limited to:

- Pregnancy (certain massages are strictly prohibited during the first trimester)

- Heart conditions, blood pressure abnormalities, or diabetes

- Recent surgeries, fractures, or acute injuries

- Skin allergies, contagious diseases, or undiagnosed pain

3. Limitation of Liability

By proceeding with the treatment, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with massage and bodywork. Lapas Massage, its owners, and its employees shall not be held liable for any adverse reactions, injuries, or worsening of pre-existing conditions resulting from a failure to disclose medical history or from the treatment itself. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the services provided.
